Situated among the towering red cliffs and breath-taking natural beauty of St. George Utah, Desert Cliffs Fitness Spa is the World’s premier Hiking, Weight-loss program. Hiking is the best way to lose fat, gain muscle and improve your overall health. Hiking is a natural interval work-out that uses your core and all your major muscle groups. At Desert Cliffs we can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time, and because we are so small we can personalize the program to pretty much any fitness level.
